Monitoring is done with a tool of your choosing. If you already use a monitoring tool such as Webwarden or Siteimprove, you don't need to get an extra tool. Just provide me access and I can help you get more out of your tool.

For a service with specific needs
If none of the predefined packages fit your needs, we can create a fully tailored monitoring plan together.
The tailored plan can include, for example, more frequent manual testing, specific focus areas, or additional training sessions for your team.
Or if your service is smaller, the plan can include less time or, for example, a bi-monthly cycle.

During monitoring, we always can identify recurring challenges.
In a 30-minute awareness sessions for content creators, we will go through recurring challenges and how to improve them.
Accessibility regulations only set minimum requirements for accessibility
The extensive package also includes expert brainstorming to take accessibility beyond the requirements, towards what we call "true accessibility". Ideas are discussed together and refined into suitable development measures.
Ideation can be done from both usability and accessibility perspectives. I actively follow the discussions and the development of requirements both in Finland and internationally.
We can decide together the content of the monthly report. Typically, it includes an overview of identified issues, their severity, and recommendations for improvement.
If I have access to the service, the report will also include the actions taken to resolve issues.
I can help you fix content issues without you having to do anything. All I need is access to your content management system.
I can also help with technical/visual issues if I have access to the code repository or development environment. I can also support your team with the fixes, if we agree on it.
NB! The remediation of issues is always done within the agreed monitoring hours.
The level of the package you choose may be subject to change with one month's notice.
We can decide together the duration of the monitoring service. Typical monitoring contracts are continuous, but we can define a fixed-term contract if needed.
